Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

Listing a product for sale isn't a binding offer on our part. Placing an order is your offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order, by whichever method we offer at checkout.

Assembly and use

We sell furniture sets ready to use out of the box, with light assembly (fitting legs, tightening bolts) typically required on dining and bar sets. Teak needs no chemical treatment to weather outdoors; aluminium frames are powder-coated and need no maintenance beyond washing. Dimensions on a listing are for the piece alone and do not include cushions unless stated.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Cancellation and statutory rights

You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and statutory protection for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
