We ship across the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Heavy goods

Dining sets, lounge sets and daybeds travel on a pallet. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings the pallet to the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible hard standing, not into the finished position on the patio. If access is tight — narrow side gate, no vehicle access to the rear — tell us before ordering so we can say what's realistic.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the UK and 5–12 business days to the rest of Europe, since pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead to agree a delivery window.

Damage in transit

Check the pallet wrap before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork, and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
